Links to the Worldwide Interweb...
There are so many different cycling related sites to enjoy on the interweb. Below are just a few which might be worthy of your attention, even if only for a moment.

I've already mentioned our local cycling club, but I will do it again. Border City Wheelers always welcome new members, and get involved in lots of cycling activities. Have a browse....

As alluded to elsewhere there is a wonderfully informative site given to the UK sportive scene, namely the Cyclosportive website, sign up today and have a go!

For anyone interested in cycling time trials, the best port of call is probably the RTTC website

And for an introduction to road racing you could do worse than consider a local TLI event. Normally fairly relaxed and low key, worth an evening out

A rather interesting website is the Fredcast, which is US podcast dedicated to cycling and cylists everywhere. Topical news and views every week. Give it a listen. Are you a Fred?

For anyone into hill climbs, an Italian website is well worth at least a glance. It rates all european climbs, including British ones. Salite d'Europa is a must view for any mountain goats out there, see if you agree with the ratings.

And if you just want to drool at one of the most impressive looking mountain roads in Europe, check out the Stelvio in the Italian Alps. Now there is a place to go and ride a bike!!

There are a number of other, non-cycling, links which I find of interest (though equally you may not!).

My brother Rich is now firmly converted to the Good Life, having changed his urbanised barn conversion for a rural idyll in outer Yorkshire (passport required). To celebrate he has created his own internet presence at the Old Post Office. Sadly, he regards my cycling activities as borderline lunacy. One day he may see the light! (He does own a pretty tasty mountain bike)
